Finding Relief from OCD?

What is OCD?

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a long-lasting condition where people have troubling thoughts (obsessions) and do the same actions over and over (compulsions).
Someone with OCD might worry a lot about germs, fear something terrible will happen, or keep checking if they locked the door or turned off the stove. They might also want things to be in perfect order.
OCD can be hard to deal with, but help is available to alleviate the symptoms.
